Basic self defense does not have to take years to master, our simple, and easy techniques will benefit everyone,
from seasoned martial artists to absolute beginners.
We offer 3 to 6 hour self defense classes, tailored to your needs, delivered right to your door.
You provide the space, we provide the cutting edge training, NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
Great for office team building, with the opportunity to invest in employee safety, or empowering on campus students, providing them with added confidence and skills. This is a realistic experience that not only addresses real world scenarios, but also provides the added assurance in knowing that, upon completion, students can defend themselves if there is no other option.
Our program excels at teaching
Personal Defense Readiness (PDR), a state-of-the-art program
that addresses all
elements of confrontation management. Whether on the campus or in a dark parking
garage, this skill set will provide
you with the tools to detect a potential conflict and defuse the threat or to
take decisive physical action when necessary.
Personal Defense Readiness
is the Cerebral Self-Defense™
PDR is a system of psychological, emotional, and
physical tools that prepare an
individual for real-life street attacks.
Developed by renowned pioneer and innovator Tony
Blauer,
the tools collected through PDR training are designed to prevent anyone, from
women and children to practiced martial artists, from “freezing-up”
when attacked.
This program will also allow those with additional martial arts skills to access
their own self defense toolbox under
extreme duress.
Learn the essential 3 D’s of Cerebral Self-Defense™,
and how they’ll help you avoid a confrontation or end one!
These skills teach students to peacefully detect,
defuse, and resolve most everyday conflicts. You can experience PDR training
in periodic seminars or in the privacy of your own home. We offer both
in home and one on one training, addressing scenarios that just can't be replicated
in the normal training venue. Just like practicing a fire drill to evacuate
your family, have you practiced what you would do in a home invasion or burglary
attempt? What improvised weapons are available? How would your strategy
change? We can help you answer these very questions.
This class is designed with beginners in mind, and ensures that students have
the knowledge and skill required
to act appropriately in circumstances where they may need to recognize the warning
signs of a confrontation and
de-fuse or de-escalate a situation, avoiding the risk of violence.
Violence is NOT the only option in this program.

Head Instructor, Todd Sullivan, holds the Blauer Tactical Confrontation
Management Systems
PDR Instructor™ certification, and is a Black Belt in Karate, with additional
training in both Judo and Aikido.
He is also certified in First Aid and CPR.
As well, all of our Instructors hold Internationally recognized Black Belts in Karate, and also have valid First Aid and CPR certificates.
